Can anyone do a comparison between a recent model Avalon and a Crown?

I'm in a 2020 Toyota Avalon looking to move up to a new Crown. I actually preferred the softer Avalons of previous generations, but I have to admit the improved handling does feel safer. I just want to get an idea if the new Crown is more like the old Avalon, more like the current Avalon, or firmer than the current Avalon? It seems all the manufacturers are going with bigger wheels and stiffer suspensions to pacify the car mags...

The Avalon had a little more room but the Crown is noticeably more powerful. The ride is very smooth and quiet. I had an older Avalon, 2013, and while the seats were softer, I felt it was a bit too floaty on the highway. The Avalon may have rode softer but not by much. The Crown feels safer and is still very smooth.
